Description: It is HUD's intention to award one performance-based contract as a result of this competitive 8(a)set aside solicitation. The awarded contract will be for a period of one year with 4 one-year options. The contractor will use HUD computers systems and perform the services in the HUD facility located in Denver, Colorado thus security clearances will be provided for all personnel. The contractor will review FHA case files for accuracy, verify and or enter data into the CHUMS computer system, endorse the cases and send completed files to the Federal Record Center.
