Description

NA The MEDCOM Contracting Center, Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas intends to procure Summer Camp for 130 participants in the Youth Leadership Forum 2002. The dates for this Camp are 20 ? 28 July 2002. The requirements for this Summer Camp will include lodging (towels & sheets), meals ? (3 meals per day), and the Site location must be within one hour and half of the San Antonio Airport, Splashtown Water Park, Fiesta Texas Amusement Park , Sea World Adven ture Park, and have possibilities of a rope course. Activities to be considered, should accommodate a dance, campfire, and outdoor activities such as swimming, basketball, tennis, volleyball, and horseback riding. Other activities will be considered. All potential contractors must be CCR registered. The due date of quotes will be due by 1200 Noon, 2 April 2002. The NAICS code is 721214 and the small business size standard is $5 mil. The request for quotes may be requested by e-mail only. Telephone r equests will not be accepted. Requests for the RFQs should be made to the attention of Domitila (Tillie) Mireles.
