NA 17.NSN: 1516-01-113-0215,P/N:70219-05001A-044 Pron: AX2F0088AX solicitation No.: DAAH23-02-R-0144, Quantity: Min/Max=46/166; YR1-46 each, YR2-20 each, YR3-20 each, YR4-20 each, YR5-20 each and an additional 50% surge quantity is included in the maximum ord er quantityof 166 each, applicable to the UH-60 Airframe/Power Train Unit. F.O.B.The above NSN is a Flight Safety Part. Destination with deliveries to Corpus Christi TX 78419-5255. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is limited to those small busin esses which are approved: Cage (8L513) Air Industries Machining Corp. and(15152) The Purdy Corporation (78286) skiorsky Aircraft Corp. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 10 each,300 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 10 each per month therea fter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 228 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 10 each per month, 240 Days DACA, thereafter until contract completion. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity?s procedures, as approvad by the cognizant Government engineering activity. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CSL or SAR information. This Acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
