This acquisition is now being solicited UNRESTRICTED, FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION and in accordance with the Randolph Sheppard Act. The Alabama Department of Reha bilitation Services, Montgomery, AL, as the State Licensing Agency (SLA) for the Randolph-Sheppard Act, has expressed an interest in this acquisition. All offerors are put on notice that this solicitation is subject to the exercise of certain Defense prefe rence policies regarding Randolph-Sheppard Act.
