Description
NA The Contractor shall provide support in assisting the Huntington District, US Army Corps of Engineers to comply with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) as required by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Council of Environmental Quality, the En vironmental Protection Agency, and all pertinent Federal, State and local statutes, regulations, and other guidance. The Huntington District may award as many as two Indefinite Delivery Contracts from this solicitation. The resultant contracts will be f or an initial contract period of one year with four (4) one year option periods. Total amount of the contract is not to exceed $3,000,000. over the life of the contract. It is predicted that there will be many task orders under these contracts and each task order may require preparation of a NEPA document. For planning purposes, five (5) Environmental Assessment documents may be required each year. In addition, up to three (3) Environmental Impact Statements may be required. All responsive proposals w ill be evaluated by utilizing the following evaluation factors: a. Qualifications of supervisors and personnel. b. Firm?s specialized experience and technical competence for the work. c. Capacity to perform volume of work in a one year period. d. Past performance with respect to quality of work and compliance with performance schedules. Factors a through d is listed in descending order of importance. Award will be made as a whole t o the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis and is open to all businesses regardles s of size. Solicitation packages will be available on or about April 8, 2002.
