- The Mendocino National Forest has a requirement for a fully operational crawler trail tractor that includes ripper and dozer blade along with a compatible trailer. Intended use of this equipment is for OHV trail maintenance, requiring work on narrow trails in mountainous terrain. DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: approximately April 15, 2002.
