Description: NA Solicitation DADW35-02-T-0086 for rodent and indoor pest control at ANC and USSAHNC is extended to April 4, 2002, 2:00 p.m. so that offerors can develop a bid shcedule to include the price for contract line item (CLIN) to include the sub-contract line items (sub-CLINs). Please call S. Tragesser at (703)806-4440 for a copy of the draft bid schedule and any other documents an offeror may need to submit a proposal. There should be three primary CLINs (0001,0002,and 0003). These CLINs should give the general description of the service and state the appropriate period of performance, i.e., 0001 To provide all labor,equipment, materials, and supervision to perform rodent and indoor pest control at ANC and USSAHNC for the Base Period, Date of Award-30 SEP 02. The sub-CLINs will specify certain tasks, such as: 0001AA Establish approx. 36 outdoor ro dent bait stations; 0001AB Maintain 3 established outdoor rodent bait stations,est'd 26 visits. 0001AC Monitor/Provide spot pest control throughout buildings and shops, est'd quantity 26 visits. 0001AD Provide quick response pest control when called, est'd quantity 5 visits but not to exceed 7 visits for first option year (0002AD) and second option years (0003AD).
