Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation DAKF06-02-T-0022 is under Simplified Acquisitio n Procedures FAR Part 13. IMPORTANT-Only offerors who are registered in the Central Contractor Database are eligible for award (reference DFARS Clause 252.204-7004 or see web site http://www.ccr.gov/. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses th at are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. 1.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. 2. The proposed purchase order will be 100% set-aside for small business, the NAICS code is 532490 and the small business size standard is $5.0M. 3. The agency need is for the following: CLIN 0001, Rental of Portable Toilets, Quantity 186, Unit of Issue Each. Contractor shall be responsible for delivery, setup, daily cleaning and movement, as required for 186 portable toilets. Initial delivery of al l toilets will be to Pinion Canyon Maneuver Site (PCMS) Cantonment Area, 36086 HWY 350, Bldg 350; Model, CO. 81059. Toilets require daily servicing. Approximately 50% of all portable toilets will be moved daily. Contractor must be available from 8:00am ?6: 00pm daily or until all moves/cleaning have been accomplished. All portable toilets that require movement will be identified with a new grid coordinate placed on the toilet. Contractor must maintain daily contact with the Unit POC (SFC Fountain) (719) 526- 1943 to verify toilets moved as well as new locations. Toilets will be picked up upon completion of the exercise. Period of Performance ? 01 Apr 02 to 11 May 02. CLIN 0002, Option for Additional Toilets, Quantity 20, Unit of Issue Each. The contractor shal l be prepared to supply additional toilets in the event additional toilets exceeding the number listed in CLIN 0001 are required. Toilets will need to be serviced and moved daily. Period of Performance - 01 Apr 02 to 11 May 02. 4. The following provisions in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) apply to this acquisition to include any addenda to the provision. This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were in full text.
