Site orientation is scheduled for 4 Apr 02, 1000 hrs. All offerors are encouraged to participate in this scheduled tour (Advance notice to POC is needed. See the POC info below). NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
