FIRST ARTICLE GOVERNMENT TESTING APPLIES, SAMPLES - 2 EACH. FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION APPLIES. UNRESTRICTED. FOB DESTINATION WITH INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE AT ORIGIN.
