Description

Subject to final approval, the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt, intends to award additional diazo microfilming and associated services to Iron Mountain/National Underground Storage, Inc., P.O. Box 6, Boyers, PA 16020 for the period of May 1, 2002, through September 30, 2003. The additional services are above the quantities listed in our current contract with Iron Mountain/National Underground Storage Inc. This contractor also stores under our existing contract the additional microfilm that needs duplicated. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. However, all proposals received within fifteen days (15) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
