Description

The solicitation is changed as follows: The solicitation is not issued pursuant to Small Business Competitiveness Program. NAICS is: 326299 Size: 500 Solicitation is unrestricted. Contractor to provide and deliver seven (7) twenty-five (25) man liferafts. The rafts will be equipped with SOLAS A gear packs, hydrostatic releases, and shall be packaged in cylindrical containers. Contractor will ensure rafts are in compliance with 46 CFR 160.051, 051.6, 062.4 and 160.151 and SOLAS A. Contractor will provide an inspection certificate with each raft. COntractor will provide HAMMAR hydrostatic release mechanisms, model H20 for each raft. USCG will furnish pyrotechnics. Rafts will be delivered to USCGC Eagle (WIX327), USCG Academy, 45 Mohegan Avenue, New LOndon CT 06320. Final delivery date: May 1, 2002. As of May 1, 2002 all rafts must be properly equipped and delivered. Solicitation and award made pursuant to Small Business Competitiveness Program. NAICS: 336611 Size: 1000.
