John Carpenter FRWY., Irving, TX 75029, on a sole source basis for upgrade for the CONNECT : DIRECT OS/390 Capacity License for the IBM 2064-1C3 Z900 Series equipment. Sterling Commerce owns the copyright to the required software package. No Solicitation exists. No telephone requests will be accepted.
