Description: Observatory Campground Pavement Rehab: This project includes but is not limited to, removal of existing asphalt pavement in roadway and parking spurs; pulverizing and mixing removed asphalt with existing subgrade material, excavation and finish grading, placement and compaction of new pavement for roadway and spurs, and pavement striping. The crushed asphalt material to be mixed shall be 1" minus. Solicitation upload will be on or about April 8, and receipt of proposals will be on or about May 15, 2002. Estimated cost is $100,000 to $250,000. Estimated start work is on or about September, 2002.
