Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure 12,600 pounds of Plate Oil UP1063 from Degen Corporation. This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Parts 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the Simplified Purchase Threshold. The procedures set in FAR 13.106-3 shall be used.
