Description

Operations and Maintenance Services, R.N. Giamo Fed. Bldg. and the Lee Cthse., New Haven, CT; and the B. McMahon Fed. Bldg. and Chtse., Bridgeport, CT. Offeror shall provide all labor, suppplies and equipment for Janitorial and Mechanical Maintenance Services for these three buildings. Period of performance will be one year with four one year options. The solicitation will be available on or about Jan. 25, 2002 and will only be available on http://www.FEDBIZOPPS.gov. NO PAPER COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. Offeror is responsible for downloading the RFP and any amendments. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns. NAICS code is 561210.
