Description

Provide Operations & Maintenance Services to manage, operate, maintain, repair, and provide engineering and technical support to the following buildings: Federal Office Building #2 in Arlington, Va; Hybla Valley Federal Office Building in Alexandria, VA; and, the US Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces in Washingtion DC. Services are to be provided for a base year period (12 months)and four consecutive one-year option periods. A fixed price with partial IDIQ contract is anticipated. The resultant contract will also have an award fee. There will be a preposal conference and a site visit which all prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to attend. All requests for the solicitation package must be made in writing. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS will be accepted. Facsimile requests will be accepted at (703) 614-7929. This acquisition is unrestricted and is open to both small and large business concerns.
