Description

Lease Space to the U.S. Federal Government in the Catonsville, Maryland Area The Federal Government is interested in market information on the potential of leasing approximately 17,825 rentable square feet (15,500 BOMA office area square feet) of warehouse and related space in the Catonsville, Maryland area. The Government currently occupies 17,825 rentable square feet of warehouse space at 1520 Caton Center Drive in Baltimore, Maryland. The Government is evaluating a lease renewal option at the existing location but will consider relocation if it proves economically advantageous. In determining if relocation is economically advantageous, the Government will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving from the current location and any necessary alterations to the new location. Offered properties shall be located within the area bounded by: North: Route 26, Liberty Road South: I-95 East: I-695 West: Rolling Road to Old Rolling Road Expressions of Interest for this warehouse space shall include the following information: 1. Building Name and Address, 2. Rentable Square Feet, 3. Rate per Rentable Square Foot, 3. BOMA Office Area Square Feet, and 4.
