- Description
- This is a sole source, spares requirement for NSN 5841-01-282-3703SO, P/N 2060047-3, Radar Set Sub Assembly (Forward Mount Assembly), APPL: APQ-158 Radar, ACFT: MH053J/M helicopter. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 10 each plus a current year option with a quantity range of 1-5 EA and includes two out year options with a quantity range of 1-5 EA in the first out year period and a quantity range of 1-6 EA in the second out year period. Destination: Robins AFB GA, Delivery: 31 May 02. Firm fixed price contract to Cage Code 96214, Raytheon Co, 2501 W. University Dr, PO Box 801, McKinney TX 75071-0801. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Approximate issue date of solicitation is 10 Apr 02. Approximate response date is 10 May 02. All potential offerors should contact the buyer, Cyndi S. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or the contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals in the source selection process.
