- SUBJECT: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS FOR RADIOLOGY SERVICES. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILIABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted in response to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted in response to this Sources Sought request. The VA Medical Center, Leeds, Massachusetts is interested in receiving replies from companies that have the capabilities and resources to provide Board Certified Radiologists for the following: 1. Provide the professional component for the following exams in accordance with the VA Medical Center?s specifications. The services and quantities listed are yearly estimates and additional services may or may not be required. Contractor will be required to provide these services on an hourly basis, using on-site equipment, i.e., radiographic & fluoroscopic suites (2), CT scanner (spiral), ultrasound unit, tomography and portable X-ray unit: a.) Skull, includes sinus, mastoid, jaw, etc.-100; b.) Chest, single view-200; c). Chest, multiple views ?1600; d.) Abdomen KUB-150; e.) Obstructive series ?25; f.)Skeletal, bone & joints ?1500; g.). Skeletal, spine & sacroliac-400; h.) Gastrointestinal-300; i.) Genitourinary-25; j.)Computed tomography-1050; k ) Ultrasound-825; l.)Venogram-1. The above quantities are based of FY 01 experience. This position requires working hours of 8am-12 noon, Mon-Fri. B) Provide X-ray examinations, fluoroscopy, CT scan, ultrasound, and written diagnostic interpretations. C) Provide Emergency Services within 4 hours, when requested. D). Provide Administrative duties, to include record keeping, reporting, dictations, etc. E) The contractor shall comply with all applicable JCAHO and other appropriate accrediting bodies. Personnel assigned by the contractor to perform the services shall be licensed in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia, and shall be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology.
