Description

This solicitation notice is issued as a Request for Quote for the following three line items: 1.) Northern Telecom Meridian M-2216 ACD Basic, line powered telephones, ash, quantity to be acquired is 271 EA., 2.) Northern Telecom Meridian M-2616 line powered telephones with display, ash, quantity to be acquired is 27 EA., 3.) NT8D02EA Digital Line Cards, quantity to be acquired is 12 EA. Refurbished equipment acceptable on all line items. Minimum acceptable warranty for line items 1 & 2 is three years with advance replacement. Minimum warranty for line item 3 is two years. Costs to include all shipping and handling to Census National Processing Center, 1201 East Tenth Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47132. Delivery is required no later than Tuesday, 23-APR-2002. The Census Bureau intends to award only one purchase order for all of the items above. Responses with offers are due no later than the close of business on Thursday, 04-APR-2002. This is a small business set-aside. No other solicitation documentation exists for this RFQ.
