Description

Region 6 Forest Inventory and Analysis (FIA) Plot Installation. Proposals are solicited for the services of locating and measuring 166 inventory plots on the Deschutes, Ochoco, Winema and Fremont National Forests; to provide GPS plot locations and to provide digital delivery of the data. Work shall be in accordance with the procedures detailed in "Field Instructions for the Annual Inventory of Washington, Oregon and California 2002". Work is expected to begin on June 10, 2002 and be completed by October 11, 2002. This is a 100% Hubzone Set-aside.
