Description
Dimensions: 12.75 inch (ID) x 21.5 inch (ID) Acrylic U-Bend frame, Acrylic Blank = 12.75 inch x 43.25 inch, Acrylic thickness: 1/10 inches, packaging: each frame in individual clear plastic bag, two 1/8 inch diameter holes drilled at the top edge of acrylic, hole placement: 1.25 inch center (1 1/4 inch) in from side, 0.1875 inch center (3/16 inch) down from top Bend tightness & uniformity, bends should be tight, but not entirely closed, there should be a small rounded /tear drop opening at the bend of about 1/16 inch with the sides of the plastic coming firmly together ideally within 1 inch (maximum of 2 inch) of the bend, bends should not bubble at center (bend should be of uniform thickness across the entire length of the bend, the bend should not be thicker in the middle of the frame than the sides, there should be no pinch marks on the bends, no marks from where pressure is applied at or near the bend, jointing of edges to be done after (not before) bending for perfect alignment of the edges, clean jointed edge with no saw marks or nicks ,, flame polished after bending, no scratches or scratch like blemishes allowable, plastic coating to be peeled off of acrylic, no debris (plastic chips, etc) inside acrylic bends. Custom Walnut Wood Top: ? inch square walnut wood blank 12.5 inches long with rounded (routered) edges (all four corners), 2/10 inch slot lengthwise to accommodate top of acrylic frame, two 3/8 inch holes drilled to accommodate hook assembly, hand rubbed finish Brass Chain and Hook Assembly: 14 inch length of brass, number 16 double jack chain, custom fabricated number 16 brass, S hooks attached to ends of brass chain Packaging of Acrylic, Walnut Top & Chain Assembly: Each acrylic frame housed in individual 200 lb custom size corrugated box, each wood and chain assembly housed in heat sealed 4 mil plastic tube
