- Description
- NOTE: This request was originally posted on July 06, 2001 but the solicitation was not issued. The Contractor shall provide the necessary labor, parts, and equipment to perform on-site elevator maintenance and repair services at the Social Security Administration office in Richmond, California. This is a 7 story facility with approximately 1,400 employees. There are a total of ten Haughton elevators to be maintained, 8 are passenger and 2 are freight elevators. The period of performance shall be for a 5-month base period, with four 1-year options, if exercised. Solicitation SSA-RFP-02-0004 is expected to be posted on this website on or about February 28, 2002. These services will be acquired utilizing Commercial Item procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This requirement is unrestricted.
