- Description
- The Maritime Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to the Journal of Commerce for subscription to the Port Import/Export Service (PIERS). The contractor shall provide quarterly aggregate data disks, monthly bulletins and monthly profiles on CDROM. All firms who posses the knowledge and are capable of performing the described work are encouraged to submit capabilities statements and price quotations at the designated address by close of business April 1, 2002. This purchase order will be awarded to the firm who represents the best value to the government.
