Description

NA Provide all supervision, plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform all operations in connection with the repair, replacement, and construction of field latrines on an as needed basis, on Fort Drum in accordance with the specifications and drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. PRINCIPAL FEATURES INCLUDE: OLD FIELD LATRINES: Demolition of remaining structural elements of field latrines identified, except for the septic vaults and provide and install new precast field latrines utilizing the existing septic vault. NEW FIELD LATRINES: Clear, grub, and grade as necessary to complete construction of field latrines. Provide and install new precast concrete field latrines with new septic vault. This procurement is es timated to be between $250,000 and $500,000 annually with a base year and four 1-year option periods. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% set-aside for certified HUBZone concerns pursuant to FAR 19.1305. All responsible HUBZone concerns may submit a bid which will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 233320. The solicitation is expected to be published on or about 11 April 2002. The DUE DATE for the solicitation shall be 30 days after actual issuance/p osting on Fort Drum?s Web Page. Hardcopies will not be provided. Interested parties must download the solicitation from the webpage and monitor the site for any/all amendments to the solicitation. Failure to respond to an amendment may render the bid a s non-responsive. If you experience website access problems, you may fax a request to (315) 772-7473 for the solicitation and an electronic copy will be forwarded to you. Please include the solicitation number, your mailing address as well as your email address in your request. The bids must be supplied in hard copy form to the Directorate of Contracting, Fort Drum, NY, no electronic bids will be accepted.
