Description: This solicitation no longer contains award term periods or provisions per Contract Policy Memo 02-C-01 issued by SAF/AQC, dated 6 Mar 2002. However, the potential award terms will be converted to options periods. The contract will consist of 1 basic period of 12 months, and nine one-year option periods.
