Description

The U.S. Government is interested in leasing space in the Northeast Metro, Atlanta Area, suitable for use by the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). REQUIRED: Approximately 100,000 to 135,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet. Offer must be for space in one (1) quality single tenant mid-rise office building of sound, substantial construction and location shall embody a corporate park and professional image. Also required is a multi-level secured parking deck and/or gated secured parking facility to provide four (4) parking spaces per 1,000 Rentable Square Feet, plus 10 visitor parking spaces. All services, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. LOCATION: Beginning at the intersection of Cheshire Bridge Road and North Buford Highway. At North Buford Highway take right on Chamblee Tucker Road then right on Mercer University Drive. Right on Henderson Mill Road then right on Briarcliff Way. Right on Briarcliff Road then right on LaVista Road to Cheshire Bridge Road to point of beginning. LEASE TERM: Twelve (12) years, seven (7) years firm, beginning approximately October 1, 2002.
