Description
LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT within the Northeast Section of Philadelphia, PA. REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in market information on the potential of leasing warehouse space consisting of a maximum of approximately 44,866 square feet of BOMA Office Area square feet. The Government presently occupies 44,866 BOMA office area square feet of warehouse space at the Hill Crest Farms Building at Bluegrass Road and Grant Avenue, Philadelphia, PA. The Government is evaluating a 3-year, 1-year firm term, lease extension option. The Government will consider relocation if economically advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving from the current location, alterations, etc, when deciding whether it should relocate. LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the area bounded by: Academy Road on the east, Woodhaven Road and Byberry Road on the north, Bustleton Avenue on the west, and Welsh Road and Willits Road on the south LEASE TERM: 3-years, 1-year firm term. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy by October 1, 2002. Expression of Interest shall be submitted by March 27, 2002 and include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4. Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 5. BOMA office area square feet and BOMA office area rate per square foot.
