Description

U.S. Government Requires Existing Office Space The General Services Administration desires to lease approximately 20,360 rentable square feet of space, which must yield a minimum of between 17,500 and 17,700 square feet of occupiable office and related space available for use by the US Environmental Protection Agency for their personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The building offered must be located within the city limits of Las Vegas, Nevada within the boundaries of: North: Flamingo Road West: Maryland Parkway South: Tropicana Street East: Spencer Street The General Services Administration will use the Quality Solicitation for Offers to satisfy this requirement. The space must be in an office building that is professional and prestigious in appearance, well maintained and of modern design and/or tastefully rehabilitated to modern use. The requested space must be fully serviced, and in a building capable of being altered to meet the Government?s requirements as well as ADA. The building must conform to the seismic requirements for new construction of the current (as of the date of the Solicitation) Edition of the Uniform Buildings Code (UBC), or the 1976 Edition if the lateral load resisting system is of concrete or masonry construction. The building offered must not contain sprayed on fireproofing or acoustical treatment containing asbestos. The term is for ten years, five years firm.
