Description
This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number is M6700102Q0014. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. The proposed acquisition is a small business set-aside. The standard industrial classification (SIC) code for this requirement is 32615 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Item #0001:Rola Trac Supa Decking Panels 1? X 3?, 2352 pieces. Item #0002 Ramp Pieces, 10? X 6?, connects to hinges. 993 pieces. Item #0003 Storage/Transport Pallets, 20 ea (Plastic Pallet/Cap). Item #0004 Collapsible Accessory Bin Totes, (12 ea), Material must be lightweight, non-corrosive, non-skid, means of draining, must be able to install manually without equipment, capable of high pressure wash down and not effected by decontaminating solutions. Have a height of at least 1.4 inch .decking must allow reconfiguring for different lengths and widths including ?T?, ?L? and ?+? with continuous uninterrupted paths. Must be compatible with standard pallets, 463L air pallets, and ISO storage decking must be reuseable, minimum of 50 system lay/recover cycles, (100 desired). Must be usable on any ground surface. Decking must be modular allowing replacements of sections. The storage/Transport system will be a design that collapses to minimize the volume when empty. Bins must be reusable. Delivery to be 30 days from date of award. Delivery to M arine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC 28542. Quotes other than FOB Destination will be rejected. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offers ? Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders ? Commercial Items, DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, DFARS 252.225-7000 Buy American Act-Balance of Payments Program Certificate, and DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. ?OF FEROR SHALL PROVIDE COMPLETED COPIES OF FAR 52.212-3 AND DFARS 252.225-7000 WITH THEIR QUOTE. The Offeror is required to provide their Contractor?s DUNS Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the Contractor. DFAR 252.204-7004 (mar 1998) Offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR). Offerors must be registered prior to receiving an award for this acquisition or for any future awards. Evaluation for award will be based on price and past performance. The government anticipates a Sole Source award. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotations in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Also submit descriptive literature with quotation and past performance information of at least one concern giving name, address and telephone number.
