Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Washington Telecommunications Services and Operations (WTSO) has a requirement for Lease of HP580 Newjunction Servers. USDA is currently utilizes Hewlett Packard operating system and enterprise servers to provide aagency wide E-mail connectivity utilizing wingra's netjunction product. The COntractor shall provide on-site maintenance support. This support will provide the primary point of contact for all technical matters including customization work and planning and deployment of additional HP enterprise e-mail Gateway. In addition, this support will include working with the on-site USDA HP/UX administrators and/or the USDA Netjunction Administrator to ensure that the Wingra Netjunction platform is running at peak performance. Additionally, the contractor shall provide all software support of the HP/UX product in the form patches, software upgrades and relevant technology updates. Request RFP-OPPM-2-1010GD in writing via Fax number 202-720-4529. No Voice or E-Mail requests for the solicitation will be acknowledged. Only written requests will be accepted by March 22, 2002.
