Description
This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis. Responses to this publication are elicited to provide comment and to identify sources who have the ability to provide services for the operation of the Navy Array Technical Support Center (NATSC), Naval Amphibious Base (NAB) Little Creek, Norfolk, VA. NATSC, a Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) Facility, is the Designated Overhaul Point (DOP) for repair, refurbishment, and production of U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Towed Array Sonar Systems (also known as Towed Line Arrays (TLA)) and ancillary equipment. The Contractor will be required to provide all labor, personnel, management, technical, engineering, quality assurance, and logistic support services to operate the depot level maintenance facility.
