Description

NA Knowlede Management and Web Development Services for the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division including the Division Regional Office located in Cincinnati, OH. The Districts within the division are in Chicago, IL, Buffalo, NY, Detroit, MI, Pittsburgh, PA, L ouisville, KY Nashville, TN and Huntington, WV. Approximate time will be a base year, 4 additional option periods and a possible 5 award term periods. The work consists essentially of providing non-personal, professional services for Knowledge Management ( KM), Web Page and Software Development Services including consulting, designing, developing implementing and supporting KM communities of interest, KM taxonomies, KM modules, web pages, web applications and web based reports. All responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Experience and Past Performance; (B) Technical Qualifications; (C) Personnel Base and (D) Cost. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Type, competitively negotiated. Award will be ma de as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government all factors considered.
