- 5945-00-853-5946. Relay, Electromagnetic, First Article Testing required and the contractor shall test 24 units. The contractor shall also furnish one unsealed unit. Drawing Number (if applicable): 80063 SM-C-413823. DCSS stock locations as referenced in the solicitation applies to the destination locations. Quantity (including option quantity) is 970 and the unit of issue is each. Delivery Schedule is 390 days for any source not waived on First Article Testing. See Notes 1, 9, 12, and 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 13 Mar 2002. The Small Business size standard is 500 employs. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable drawings with the solicitation. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times a the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 2 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authorigy of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: (56623) BRS-S0422. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitaiton. Various Increments Solicited vary from 200 to 999.
