Description

The Naval Hospital, Beaufort, SC., requires professional Mortuary Services and requirements, caskets, shipping, containers, transportation, and hygienic practices for the care and handling of deceased personnel. These services will be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), and the Armed Services Specification Care of Remains of Deceased Personnel Regular and Port of Entry Requirements. The area of performance is a 50-mile radius around the Naval Hospital, Beaufort, SC. The area of performance also includes the installations designated in the SOW and all of Beaufort County, South Carolina. The performance period is a base period with four option years. This solicitation will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812210 and the Small Business Size Standard is $6.0 Million. This procurement will be awarded using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures outlined in FAR part 13.5, which is the test program. All interested contractors are encouraged to respond via electronic mail to the contracting office point of contact.
