Description: The Government intends to negotiate and award a Sole Source extension to the Firm Fixed Price Contract, N61339-97-C-0077, to Pulau Electronics Corporation, 12366 Challenger Parkway, Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32826. The extension will consist of a sixteen-month period, which will provide for continuity of Contractor Operation Maintenance (COMS)services of the 2F142(F) device during extensive upgrade modifications. The period of performance of the extension will commence on 01 June 2002 through 30 September 2002 (FY02) 01 October through 30 September 2003 (FY03). The current contract provides COMS support for the P-3 Reserves multiple training stations.
