Description
Request For Quotation DTFH70-02-FRQ-0012 is issued by the Simplified Acquisitions Section , Federal Highway Administration for explosive material to be used in Annette Island, Alaska; This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award as prescribed in FAR Subpart 13.106; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
