Description

NA The Program Executive Office for PEO Command Control Communications Tactical (PEO C3T), Project Manager Warfighter Information Network - Tactical (PM WIN-T) is seeking information for planning purposes only. This notice shall not be construed as a solicit ation or as an obligation on the part of PEO C3T, PM WIN-T. The purpose of this notice is to obtain and identify potential sources to meet the future needs of PEO C3T, PM WIN-T. PEO C3T, PM WIN-T welcomes information concerning the manufacture of electronic equipment shelter facilities from all individuals and concerns. PEO C3T, PM WIN-T does not intend to award a contract on the basis of responses received nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted or for PEO C3T, PM WIN-T's use of such information. Acknowledgement of receipt of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified of PEO C3T, PM WIN-T's evaluation of the information received. As a result of this notice, PEO C3T, PM WIN-T may issue a Request for Proposal (RFP). However, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims against PEO C3T, PM WIN-T shall arise as a result of a response to this Source Solicitation/Request for Information (SS/RFI) or PEO C3T, PM WIN-T's use of such information as either part of our evaluation or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement. PEO C3T, PM WIN-T is seeking a contractor to manufacture an electronic equipment shelter facility (shelter) as required by a Government provided drawing package. The contractor shall manufacture the shelter facility using a military standard Lightweight M ultipurpose Shelter (LMS), which may or may not be provided as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). The contractor shall be required to install on the shelter, Government provided equipment consisting of: a gas particulate filter unit (GPFU), environment al control unit (ECU) and auxiliary power unit (APU). In addition, manufacturing consist of manufacturing and installing equipment racks, shelves, power and signal wiring, as required for the integration of equipment, such as: Single Channel Ground and Ai rborne Radio System (SINCGARS), Enhanced Position Location Reporting System (EPLRS), Force Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2), Secure Wireless Local Area Network (SWLAN) radio, routers and ethernet switches, video displays, etc. The manufacturer may also be required to install the aforementioned equipment, which will be provided as GFE and test the integrated assemblage using a Government provided test procedure. Small businesses are strongly encouraged to respond to this SS/RFI. Small business offe rors are required to designate their Small Business Category. Responses to this announcement should contain a Title Page and Synopsis. The title page should contain the vendor name, date, and the name and telephone number of the author and/or other points of contact. The synopsis should provide evidence of vendor e xperience and briefly summarize the capabilities of the vendor to satisfy the above requirements. The synopsis should also reflect the vendor's previous demonstrated performance in providing products of comparable complexity. Vendors must provide the infor mation in writing to Project Manager, WIN-T, ATTN: SFAE-C3T-WIN-TMD, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000.
