- The Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for supplies to Thales Heim Data Systems, 480 Spring Park Place, Suite 1000, Herndon, VA 20170. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this request for quotation is F33SCX20570100. This requirement is for the following, CLIN 0001, 1 (ONE) Chassis ? Thales-Heim GSR200f Mainframe Chassis (100 Mbit/s with 6-free signal module slots, fitted with cartridge drive receiver and Ethernet data Interfaces) (Thales-Heim Part #100-2400). CLIN 0002, 1 (ONE) Cartridge ? Thales-Heim AIT-2 Drive Cartridge for GSR200f, with shock mount (Thales-Heim Part #100-2165). CLIN 0003, 3 (THREE) Module ? Thales-Heim MRG12 4-Channel PCM Data + Clock Merger, Record + Replay Module (5 Mbit/s max) (Thales-Heim Part # 110-3030). CLIN 0004, 5 (FIVE) Module - Thales-Heim ESP40 PCM 1-Channel PCM Data + Clock, Serial + 8/16 Bit Parallel, Record + Replay Module (100 Mbits/s max, ECL) (Thales-Heim Part # 110-3350). CLIN 0005, 1 (ONE) Module ? Thales-Heim VSM12 2-Channel Voice & 1-Channel Serial, Record + Replay Module (Thales-Heim Part # 11-3020). CLIN 0006, 1 (ONE) Module ? Thales-Heim ANR40 1-Channel 8 MHz Analog Rec/Rep Module (Thales-Heim Part # 110-3390). CLIN 0007, 1 (ONE) Software ? Thales-Heim Ftrans Core software for remote control/monitoring (Thales-Heim Part # 130-0010). CLIN 0008, 1 (ONE) License ? Thales-Heim License Keyword for File Transfer (Thales-Heim Part # 130-0015). CLIN 0009, 1 (ONE) Shipping, standard ground. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334119; 1000 size standard. Supplies will be delivered to Eglin AFB on an FOB Origin basis. Delivery date after award is 18 weeks.
