Description

1. Coronado National Forest, Tucson, Arizona, intends to purchase the following replacement parts for a Forester C-2000 Mobile Rock Crusher manufactured by FAHR Industries: F24-003 Rock Hammer, F25-001 Anvil, F24-Set H Filler Bar, Set, Weldable. 2. This purchase is to be made under authority of FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. 3. As such, this notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be determined by the Government. 4. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this Special Notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. 5.
