Description: Provide for the procurement of one Spring Testing Machine which will measure the tensile, compression, and altenating load stress and will be capable to store and print test results. The contractor will be responsible for shipping and installation in accordance with Purchase Description DSCR-JHTB-002-16-1633 dated January 10, 2002. The award will be made as a Firm Fixed Price contract. The required delivery is 98 calendar days after contract award.
