Grade JP8 Aviation Turbine Fuel, NSN: 9130-01-031-5816, MIL-DTL-83133E dated April 1, 1999, Purchase Program 2.2B, quantity 1,085,340,000 USG; Grade Jet B with additives Aviation Turbine Fuel, NSN: 9130-01-234-1737, ASTM D 1655, Purchase Program 2.2B, quantity 1,370,000 USG; Grade JP4 Aviation Turbine Fuel, NSN: 9130-00-256-8613, MIL-DTL-5624T dated September 18, 1998, Purchase Program 2.2B, quantity 1,470,000 USG; Grade JP5 Aviation Turbine Fuel, NSN: 9130-00-273-2379, MIL-DTL-5624T dated September 18, 1998, Purchase Program 2.2D, quantity 188,395,000 USG; Grade F76 Naval Distillate Fuel, NSN: 9140-00-273-2377, MIL-F-16884J dated May 31, 1995, Purchase Program 2.5B, quantity 182,785,000 USG. Requirements are for U.S. Inland, West Coast and Rocky Mountain and Offshore locations in Hawaii, Alaska and Central Pacific. Ordering period is Date of Award through September 30, 2003. Delivery period is October 1, 2002 through September 20, 2003, plus a thirty-day carryover period (See ?NOTE? below regarding the Ordering and Delivery periods for the Inland JP8 requirements). Approximately 42.1% of all products is being set aside for small businesses. Copies of this Inland/West RFP will be available via the World Wide Web (WWW) at the Defense Energy Support Center Home Page (www.desc.dla.mil) and/or the Federal Business Opportunities homepage at www.fedbizopps.gov. A WWW posting notice will be sent to firms on the solicitation mailing list on the date the Inland/West RFP is issued and posted on the DESC Home Page. Requests for paper copies of this RFP or the WWW posting notice must be submitted by fax at (703) 767-9269 to ATTN: DESC-BZB (Phyllis Orange), RFP SP0600-02-R-0161. If you intend to submit an offer, you are required to complete, sign and return the document entitled ?Offer Submission Package? to the Bid Custodian at DESC. Electronic mail offers will not be accepted. See Note(s) 2, 9 and 12. NOTE: The ordering period for Inland JP8 requirements is date of award through March 31, 2003. The delivery period for Inland JP8 requirements is October 1, 2002 through March 31, 2003, plus a 30-day carryover period. Thereafter, Inland JP8 requirements will be solicited and awarded as part of the current East/Gulf purchase program. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
