Description

UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition Port of Palm Beach, Florida The United States Government intends to award three leases, using other than full and open competition to the Port of Palm Beach, Riviera Beach, Florida for the offices of the United States Customs Service, U.S. Agriculture (APHIS) and U.S. Immigration Inspections. These agencies have shipping related missions that require that they be located at the Port of Palm Beach. The leases will be for a total of 13,424 rentable square feet of fully serviced space for a ten-year firm term. Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the government?s intent to award these projects under Other Than Full and Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Louise Long, Contracting Officer, at louisem.long@gsa.gov or to her attention at GSA, Property Acquisition and Realty Services Division (4PEY), Atrium West Building, 7771 West Oakland Park Boulevard, Suite 119, Sunrise, Florida 33351. Any written comments are to be received by Contracting Officer within 14 days of the publication of this notice.
