Description

LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT - MIDLOTHIAN: The United States General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease quality office and related space in the Midlothian, Virginia area consisting of approximately 8,665 BOMA Office Area square feet available for use by federal tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. LOCATION: Within delineated area: NORTH - Midlothian Turnpike between Courthouse Road and Coalfield Road, EAST - Courthouse Road to Reams Road that turns into Hicks Road that turns into Walmsley Boulevard to Newbys Bridge Road, SOUTH - Route 288 between Courthouse Road and Hull Street Road, WEST - Coalfield Road between Hull Street Road and Midlothian Turnpike. LEASE TERM/OCCUPANCY: Ten years; five years firm. Space must be entirely ready for occupancy no later than 3/11/03.
