Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment, Washington, DC intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed price contract to Time Tech GmbH, of Stuttgart Germany for a Three (3) Way Time Transfer System Model # SZCP -V4.30. Supplies to include but are not limited to: 1.) With specification T 0001c to include GPS receiver, dual channel receivers with Carrier Phase Option and 3-way time transfer data processing. Time Tech GmbH has proprietary data rights to its modems, which are required for the communication satellite. The contract will be a one-time purchase without any options. A Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. SEE NOTE 22. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) for this requirement is 7050. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC)/North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 334418. A solicitation does not exist for this requirement.
