Description

LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT - SOUTH BOSTON: The United States General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease quality office and related space in the South Boston, Virginia area consisting of approximately 6,632 BOMA Office Area square feet available for use by federal tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. LOCATION: Within delineated area including the Central Business District: NORTH - Hamilton Blvd, EAST - US 360, SOUTH - Highway 58 (Riverdale Plaza), WEST - Wilborn Avenue to the railroad in downtown area. LEASE TERM/OCCUPANCY: Ten years; five years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than 9/24/03 .
