- NA This solicitation is for WTC Incentive Award Jackets for the New York District Employees. Specification are attached as follow: The New York District intends to purchase 500+ jackets in two separate styles of ?three-season? fleece-lined jackets to be giv en to its employees as part of an incentive awards program. This Description Section describes both jackets and other jacket-related terms and conditions. Jackets: One jacket will be waist length (referred to hereafter as ?Short Jacket?). The other jack et will be a longer, hip length jacket (referred to hereafter as ?Long Jacket?). Both styles of jackets will be embroidered with a multi-color logo (black and white copy attached) to be provided by the Government. Both styles and all sizes of jackets mu st be available in both red and navy a. Short Jacket ? Minimum Features, Poplin or poly-cotton or taslon or supplex shell or equal Fleece lining; 13 oz minimum Full Zip Front, zip-through collar, storm flap on inside Pockets: minimum 2 exterior slash pockets with zippers Available in Sizes ? Small thru XXXL (including tall in sizes large thru 3XL) Government furnished multicolor logo embroidered on front left chest (circular logo approximately 4? diameter) Shell Color: Available in both Red and Navy Lining Color: Grey or Complementary to Shell Color Rib-knit or elasticized ?bomber-jacket style? waistband with waistband same material and color as shell Raglan sleeves, double stitched with insulated or quilted lining Knit cuffs b. Long Jacket ? Minimum Features Poplin or poly-cotton or taslon or supplex shell or equal Fleece lining; 13 oz minimum Full Zip Front, zip-through collar, storm flap on outside Pockets: minimum 2 exterior slash pockets with zippers Ava ilable in Sizes ? Small thru XXXXL Government furnished multicolor logo embroidered on front left chest (circular logo approximately 4? diameter) Shell Color: Available in both Red and Navy Lining Color: Grey or Complementary to Shell Color Straight hem bottom, drawstring acceptable Raglan sleeves, double stitched with insulated or quilted lining Standard Cuff, Velcro closure ? cuff must be same material as shell 3. Logo: The Government will e-mail the logo to the contractor after issuance of purchase order. Contractor will make up a sample embroidered logo and deliver it to the Government for review and approval within 5 days calendar days af ter it is e-mailed to the contractor. The Government approved logo/artwork will be placed on each jacket ordered without deviation. The Government will retain all rights to the logo and shall be provided the set-up logo. This procurement is restriced to Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 315999 with a size standard of 500. NOTE: Vendors are required to be registered in the CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) IN ACCORDANCE WITH DFAR 52.204-7004. WEB-SITE www.ccr2000. com or http://ccr.edi.disa.mil for registration.
