- NA PRON: AX2F5098AX, NSN: 3040-01-308-5724, PN: 7-311527035(-41), Quantity: 300, this is a three year IDIQ with a minimum quantity of 300 each and a maximum quantity of 800 each, applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkan a, TS 75507-5000 and New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required Delivery Schedule for First Article Testing is 50 each, 420 days after contract award and 50 each the following month. Required delivery schedule without firt article testing is 50 each, 280 da ys after contract award and 50 each the following month. Required delivery with Alternate II is 50 each, 350 days after contract award and 50 each the following month. This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co., 5000 E. McDowell Road, Me sa, AZ 85215-9797 and The Purdy Corporation, 586 Hilliard Street, P.O. Box 1898, Manchester, CT 06045-1898. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identifly themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR infor mation. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
