Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to correct HVAC deficiencies at NESU building, U.S. Coast Guard ISC Portsmouth, Portsmouth, VA. Work includes installation of new ceiling tiles, insulation, exhaust fans, thermostats, heating coil control valves, and a package air conditioner in the conference room; and balancing the HVAC system. Period of performance is estimated to be 92 days after Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 235110 (formerly SIC Code 1711). This procurement is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K.
